Valentine's Day - Part 2

So on Valentine's Day (recall we celebrated halfway the day before V-day) we finished our celebrations. I gave Chris his other two presents - the first Indiana Jones movie (he didn't have it... weird huh?) and some stuff to make Kool-aid. Because he likes Kool-aid and always wants to make it.

But he definitely one-upped me. He brought me flowers in class, and then after class he cooked some steaks he had marinating, and mashed potatoes and peas, and brought me to a place we used to go when we dated the first time - anciently long ago! And we had a little picnic. He also brought sparkling cider to drink. Way to go Chris!

By the way, the food he made was really yummy. Now I know he can cook!

About us

I almost never blog. I'm really, really bad about it. I'm much better at informing people of things on facebook. But here's a little about us:

Chris and I met at a dance club that is dedicated to ballroom (social) dance. He asked me to dance almost every dance. I was kind of weirded out, but kept accepting anyway. We dated for about a month, and then I crushed his heart, because I was a heartless mean person. 2 1/2 years later, I had been dating around a lot and realized that I actually really did like Chris - and I told him as much. He no longer lived in the same state as me (he was visiting at the time) so we had a long distance for an eternity. I mean 6 months. Shortly after he moved near me, we got engaged, and then married, and now we have a baby!
